Parada is residency-gated by design — you can only book or list at a building where you live. Browse listings to see if your condo is live. If yours isn't, use the 'Request your building' button above and we'll email you the moment Parada goes live there. We open buildings based on resident demand and admin review.
Sign up, then upload a government-issued ID plus a proof of residency (lease, condo title, or a recent utility bill in your name). Our admin team reviews within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you can book or list at your building only — never one you don't live in. Your documents are stored privately in encrypted and kept strictly confidential and are never shown to other residents, hosts, or drivers.
Drivers pay the host's posted parking fee plus a small Parada service fee shown clearly at checkout — no monthly subscription, no fee to browse, no surprises. Hosts list for free and keep 100% of the parking fee they post; Parada earns from the driver's service fee, not from the host's payout. Promo codes can waive the service fee entirely on eligible bookings.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your start time and you get a 100% refund on the parking fee. Cancel between 6 and 24 hours before, you get 50%. Inside 6 hours, no refund. Service fees are never refunded. Pick a reason in your bookings page, confirm, and our admin processes the refund through Xendit — funds typically land in your account in 3–10 business days.
Payouts run weekly via Xendit straight to the bank or e-wallet account you enroll during onboarding (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, GCash and most PH banks are supported). Payment only releases after the booking is marked Paid and the driver's stay has begun — that protects you from chargebacks on funds you've already received. You'll see every payout itemized in your dashboard.
No. Listings show the building name and a slot reference — never your unit number or your full name. Drivers see the host's first name and a verified badge; hosts see the driver's first name and plate. Chat between driver and host is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Nothing about your activity is shared with your building admin, your PMO, or other residents.
