Is booking instant?
No — the operator approves your booking first, and only then do you pay. Nothing is ever charged before an operator has confirmed your bays.
How does hourly pricing work?
The facility's flat rate covers your first three hours; after that, its per-hour rate applies to the extra hours. You'll never pay less than the flat rate, and longer terms (daily, weekly, monthly) are fixed prices where the facility offers them.
Can I cancel a paid booking?
Yes, before your booking starts — the refund follows Parada's published policy tiers based on how close to the start you cancel, and is processed by our team. Service fees are not refundable.
What exactly is a "bay"?
A marked, reservable slot inside the facility. Operators publish how many bays each listing offers, and bookings hold real capacity — when a listing's bays are gone for your window, it can no longer be booked.
