Never leave unbooked time on the table.

When a driver books only part of your listing's window, Parada's Automatic Slot Recovery re-lists the remaining hours for you — automatically, every minute, in the background. Learn how it works, what triggers it, and how to spot recovered listings on your dashboard.

Automatic Slot Recovery

If a driver books only part of your listing's window, Parada automatically re-lists the unbooked time on your behalf — so the remaining hours don't go to waste.

Example: you list a slot from May 26, 5:00 PM → May 28, 5:00 AM (36 hours). A driver books only May 26, 11:00 PM → May 27, 6:00 AM (7 hours). Once the booking is paid, Parada automatically creates:

Before May 26, 5:00 PM → May 26, 10:30 PM (a 30-min grace gap is kept before the driver's arrival)
After May 27, 6:30 AM → May 28, 5:00 AM (30-min grace gap kept after the driver's departure)
Recovered listings appear on your Listings dashboard tagged "by Parada" — so you always know which were created by you vs. recovered automatically.

How it works in detail:

1
30-minute grace gap
A 30-minute buffer is preserved on either side of the booking so drivers have room to arrive and depart.
2
3-hour minimum per gap
A new listing is created only when the remaining window is at least 3 hours. Windows under 3 hours are skipped.
3
Inherits rates
Recovered listings use the same flat and hourly rates as the original listing, and are always listed as Hourly so the shorter windows are easy to book.
4
Cascading recovery
If a recovered listing also gets partially booked, Parada repeats the same process — recovering the still-unbooked sub-windows as new listings.
You don't need to enable or configure anything — Automatic Slot Recovery runs in the background for every paid listing. Just keep your listings paid and Parada handles the rest.
Frequently Asked Questions
It's a background feature that re-lists the unbooked portions of your paid listings as new listings — so any time a driver books only part of your window, the remaining hours are automatically offered to other drivers without you doing anything.
Recovery runs only after the booking is Paid, and a recovered listing is only created when the remaining window is at least 3 hours (with a 30-minute grace gap on each side of the booking). If both windows are under 3 hours, no recovery happens.
On your Listings dashboard, the timeline card will show "by Parada" on the Listed step instead of your name.
No. Recovered listings inherit the same flat and hourly rates as the original listing. They are always listed as Hourly so short windows are easy for drivers to book.
No — it runs automatically for every paid listing. If you'd prefer the unbooked time to stay closed, you can cancel the recovered listing from your Listings dashboard before anyone books it.
