How long can I book a space?
Storage is billed in whole months — from one month up to twenty-four. Need longer? Book again before your term ends.
Is there a security deposit?
No. Storage bookings carry no deposit — the bill is the monthly rate times your months, plus the 10% service fee. Nothing else.
Can I cancel?
An unpaid request cancels free, any time. A paid booking can be cancelled before your start date: more than 24 hours out refunds 100% of the storage fee, 6–24 hours refunds 50%, and under 6 hours isn't refundable. The service fee is never refunded. If the host cancels on you, you get a full refund of everything you paid. Refunds are processed by our team within 3–10 business days.
Who can list a space?
Any Parada account can submit a space from the web once signed in. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it appears to renters, and you can't book your own space.
