Booking & Payment Guide

Everything you need to know — from finding a space to completing payment and accessing your spot. Follow these steps for a smooth booking experience.

Booking Flow at a Glance
At Checkout Requested Approved Active
At Checkout: Your booking is staged for review but not yet submitted to the owner.
Requested: Request submitted — awaiting owner approval.
Approved: Owner accepted — a Xendit payment invoice has been sent to your email. Invoices are valid for 3 hours by default; pay within that window to lock in the booking. If you don't see the email within 10 minutes, check spam and then contact support.
Paid: Payment confirmed — exact address and access details are unlocked.
Active: Booking is currently in progress at the parking location.
Step-by-Step Booking Process
1
Browse & Find a Space
Go to Home → Book Listing. Browse available parkings or use the search to filter by date range and garage/location.
2
Review the Listing
Click a listing to view the full detail page — rates, availability window, garage info, and driver reviews. The exact address is hidden until after payment.
3
Select Rate Type & Schedule
Choose Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly (if the owner offers multiple). Pick your start and end date/time. The estimated price updates automatically.
4
Select Your Vehicle & Book Now
Choose which registered vehicle you'll be parking. Add a new vehicle if needed. Click Book Now — this takes you to checkout, but no request is sent yet.
5
Review Your Booking at Checkout
Review the space, dates, vehicle, and rate. If the listing is no longer available, checkout says so and sends you back to the parkings list. Check the total including the service fee. Apply a promo code if you have one.
6
Place Booking Request
Click Place Booking Request. The booking is sent to that space's owner for review and moves to Requested status. You book one space at a time — repeat the flow for another space.
7
Wait for Owner Approval
The owner reviews your request. You'll be notified by email when they approve or decline. Track real-time status from your Bookings page.
8
Pay the Invoice
When approved, a Xendit payment link is emailed to you. Open the link, choose a payment method, and complete the transaction. Confirmation arrives within minutes.
9
Access Your Space
After payment, your booking moves to Paid. The exact parking address and any access instructions are now visible on your Bookings page.

Promo code: If you have a promo code, apply it at checkout to waive the service fee before placing your request.
Service Fee

A small service fee is added to the total at checkout. This fee covers platform operations, payment processing, and owner notifications. It is shown clearly before you place the request — there are no hidden charges.

Fee waiver: Apply a valid promo code on the checkout page to remove the service fee for that transaction. The promo applies to that one booking only.
Extending or Cancelling a Booking

Extending: Need more time? Submit an extension request from your Bookings page before your current booking ends. The owner must approve the extension and a separate invoice is generated for the additional period.

Cancelling before payment: You can cancel any booking that has not yet been paid directly from your Bookings page. No charge is made.

Cancelling after payment: You can self-cancel a paid booking from your Bookings page any time before its start time. The parking fee is refunded on a tiered basis — more than 24h before start = 100%, 6–24h before start = 50%, under 6h before start = 0%. The service fee is never refunded. Approved refunds are processed by the Parada team to your original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
There is no fixed deadline, but owners are notified immediately by email when you submit a request. A request nobody acts on is marked Expired once the window you asked for has run its course.

Two things can shorten the wait. If the owner declines, your request is not discarded — it is broadcast to the other owners in the property as an on-demand request. And some listings are Instant book, which skips the approval step altogether: if the owner has switched it on, you are a verified resident of that property and you are taking the whole advertised window, your booking is approved the moment you submit it and you go straight to payment.
The booking is moved to Declined status and no payment is taken. You're free to browse and book a different parking space. The declined item will appear in your Bookings history.
The full address and access instructions are unlocked on your Bookings page only after your payment is confirmed. Before that, only the garage name and general area are shown.
Each booking generates a separate Xendit invoice once approved. Payments are handled individually per booking, even if you submitted them in the same checkout session.
Payment confirmations from Xendit are typically processed within a few minutes. If your status has not updated after 15 minutes, contact Parada support or email [email protected] with your booking ID and Xendit payment receipt.
No. Extension requests are only available for bookings that have already been paid. Wait until the booking is in Paid or Active status before submitting an extension.
Xendit invoices stay valid for 3 hours after the owner approves your booking — and never past your booking's own start time, whichever comes first. A booking approved 40 minutes before it starts is payable for 40 minutes, not for three hours.

If you miss it, the approval does not simply sit there. Shortly after the window closes, Parada releases it: while your start time has not passed yet, the request is broadcast to the other owners in the property as an on-demand request, so you can still be matched — check My Bookings, where it reappears as a request waiting on an owner. The listing is released at the same time, so somebody else may book those hours before an owner picks you up.

If your start time has already passed, the request is marked Expired instead — those hours are gone and a fresh booking is the only option. Nothing is charged either way.
First, check your spam / promotions folder — emails come from [email protected] and [email protected]. You can also open the booking on your My Bookings page; once it shows Approved there's a Pay Now button that opens the same Xendit invoice. If both fail, contact [email protected] with the booking ID.
