Parada is building data-driven suggestions to help space owners list at the right time and drivers find the right spot. Here's a preview of what's coming.

This feature is in development. We're collecting booking and demand patterns now so that when Smart Recommendations launches, the suggestions are accurate from day one. No action needed — your current listings already contribute to the model.
What Smart Recommendations Will Do

Once live, Smart Recommendations will analyze historical bookings, residency demand, and time-of-day patterns to surface personalized suggestions:

Optimal listing windows
Hours and days when demand for your property is highest.
Rate guidance
Suggested flat + hourly rates based on comparable spaces nearby.
Driver matching
Drivers see listings ranked by their booking history + preferences.
Demand forecasting
Heads-up about high-demand days so you can plan listings ahead.
How It Will Work

Learn from real bookings
Parada anonymizes and aggregates booking patterns — when slots fill up, which areas trend, which rates convert.

Score each space
A recommendation model scores your listings against patterns observed in similar locations and time windows.

Surface insights in your dashboard
Owners see suggested actions on the Listings page. Drivers see ranked search results that better fit their habits.

Always optional
Suggestions are guidance, not commitments. You can ignore them, accept them, or use them as a starting point.
Privacy and Fairness

We take both seriously:

  • Anonymized inputs. Models train on aggregated patterns, not individual driver or owner identities.
  • No discriminatory ranking. Listings are scored on bookability and fit, never on personal driver attributes.
  • Opt-out path. Both owners and drivers will be able to opt out of personalized recommendations at any time.
Parada's existing listing search will keep working without any AI assistance — Smart Recommendations layers on top, it doesn't replace anything.
Frequently Asked Questions
There's no public launch date yet. We'll announce timing through in-app notifications and email once the model has enough data and the dashboard surface is ready. Following Parada on social media is the best way to hear about it first.
Nothing extra. Your existing bookings already contribute to the model. The more you list and book through Parada, the more accurate the future suggestions will be — for everyone.
No. Smart Recommendations will be included for free with every Parada account — no premium tier, no separate fee. It's part of how we help owners earn more and drivers find spots faster.
Yes. When the feature launches, a setting under your profile will let you turn off personalized scoring for either listings (owners) or search results (drivers). You'll still see the platform — just without the AI-driven ranking on top.
Never. Recommendations are suggestions only. You always control your own rate, schedule, and which bookings to approve. Parada won't auto-publish or auto-modify your listings without your explicit action.
